Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a desiccated environment, protected from light and moisture. Upon reconstitution, store solutions at 4°C and use within the timeframe specified on the product page (typically 7–14 days). For extended storage of reconstituted peptides, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage instructions are provided on each product's Certificate of Analysis.

Reconstitution recommendations vary by peptide. Most water-soluble peptides can be dissolved in sterile water or 0.5% acetic acid solution. Hydrophobic peptides may require DMSO as an initial solvent before dilution in aqueous buffer. Specific reconstitution guidance is provided on each product page and in the accompanying Certificate of Analysis.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or clearly compromised, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will evaluate each case individually.

We use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx for domestic shipments. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Expedited 1–2 day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Our peptides are synthesized in GMP-aligned facilities using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) with Fmoc chemistry. All raw materials are sourced from qualified suppliers with full traceability. Finished products are purified by preparative HPLC and undergo final quality testing before packaging.

We partner with multiple ISO-certified independent laboratories for third-party testing, including Intertek Laboratory Services, Eurofins Scientific, and SGS Laboratory. These labs have no commercial relationship with our manufacturing partners, ensuring unbiased results. Certificates of Analysis from all third-party tests are available on our COA page.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a quality document issued by a testing laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and quality of a compound. Our COAs include HPLC chromatography data showing purity percentage, mass spectrometry confirmation of molecular identity, physical appearance notes, and test dates and batch numbers. COAs are available for every product and batch on our dedicated COA page.
